Interra Systems showcases industry leading Vega H264 analyzer solutions at IBC 2010

Cupertino, CA - September 01, 2010
Interra Systems Inc, a leading provider of products and services for Digital Media industry, is featuring two significant enhancements to its Vega platform at IBC-2010 being held September 10-14, 2010 at RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre in Amsterdam.

Vega H264/MVC For enhanced debugging and analysis of Multiview Video Encoding

Vega H264 analyzer now supports Multiview Video Encoding (MVC), the latest addition to H.264/AVC to enable encoding of multiple views of a scene in one video stream. Vega H264/MVC analyzer presents an in-depth view of MVC by performing frame by frame and block by block analysis of encoded streams. Other MVC features of Vega include frame statistics and thumbnail display for all views, and side by side comparison of 2 views.

Vega Batch Mode Analysis For automated testing of video

Batch Mode Analysis capability will allow a user to configure a batch process to carry out test automation as per user defined parameters and criteria, output trace files and generate error reports in XML format. The results of the automated tests can be used to perform regression tests and obtain other quality or performance metrics for different versions of encoder or decoder.
